This website has been created by the Tobacco Action Coalition of the Finger Lakes (TACFL), to educate property owners, landlords and renters about the serious health effects of secondhand smoke and the benefits of a smoke-free living environment.
Our goal is...
- To educate property owners and landlords of apartment buildings of the benefits of maintaining smoke-free properties for the welfare of both the tenants and the landlords.
- To educate current and future renters about their rights to smoke-free living and provide a guide on how to talk to their landlords about making their buildings smoke-free.
